On April 30 a new class action was filed as against Bank of America they are not giving Mods even thought they took 25 Billion in Taxpayer money

  2. Class actions dont’ usually pay much to the people participating IMHO but it is pretty incriminating that they are so horrid at mods….. they are also RUDE
