  1. Mr. McCandless………… I read your article on securitization, and, have a situation where we had Substitution of Trustee put in just prior to loan servicer selling our home at Trustee Sale on 01.20.2011. The home apparently did not get any bids, and house went to FHL. The loan was backed under Freddie Mac. I don’t feel the Substitution of Trustee was done properly, nor the sale since, at the time we were under a Loan Forbearance with the loan servicer. Nevertheless, two issues here. One, we think probable foreclosure fraud was committed, and, secondly, we have been served with Notice to Vacate by Sheriff. We are to be out by Wed., Aug. 31. Any help or advice you can offer would be greatly appreciated.
