i signed a loan mod with americal home loan mortgage servicing inc.loan was originated by option 1 and broker who approached me by abvertisedment, later on did his own appraisal change my income and did all those things to get me into this unaffordable loan’ i fell behind , ahlsi who is present server gave me mod but added all late charges and fees and i will have to pay abig baloon in the end . so did i screw it for myself or is there any help?
