The Hedge 
So under the new law is filing a lawsuit for wrongful foreclosure considered a “modification” activity, and under the new rule can you charge advance fees for it?
IT IS MY OPINION THAT THIS COMPLAINT WOULD BE USED TO STOP OR ENJOIN AN OTHERWISE VOID FORECLOSURE. AS THE NOTICE OF DEFAULT DECLARES “CONTACT AN ATTORNEY” TO PROTECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. AS YOU KNOW I’M NOT THE FINAL ANSWER BUT THIS IS MY OPINION CONTACT THE BAR AND LET ME KNOW WHAT THEY SAY.
