  1. I’m gonna’ read this, but I’m already nuts by two things: one, the misnomers in the first paragraph (perhaps a couple of things were phrased for ease, but really, to say MERS
    owns – quote, unquote – the dots????) and two, the idea some jerkies are contemplating a replacement for MERS which I take to mean some other inane private affair instead of a return to public record.
