  3. Does anybody see the irony in the fact that our son chose to become a Marine and serve his Country and after his return from his 2nd deployment find out the only home he ever knew was gone and we were homeless. We never received a Notice of Default because we weren’t in arrears & we never received a Notice of Intent to Foreclose. This defies the MA state foreclosure laws ch 244. sec. 14. We were never in arrears we had vacated the home due to Toxic Mold and the bank bought the home during an unadvertised sale but no money ever switched hands. The worst part is they tried to paint over the mold but I went to the town Building Inspector who caught them in the act and they sold it for cash only and did not disclose the Toxic Mold to the new buyer. Come to find out they had no legal right to collect on this invalid loan that was never recorded. Unfortunately in MA our Judges are corrupt and ignore the facts of law. I will fight to the day I die. Truth & Proof should prevail!
