I am interested in any legal actions against Aurora Loan Services. We have a mortgage with ALS.
I am also interested in any actions that could be taken against Aurora. However, I have a situation where I need help now. Any suggestions?
I am currently looking for other lawsuits filed against ALS for TILA violations and fraudulent appraisals. I am going to file a lawsuit. I am located in Los Angeles.
I also want to file a lawsuit against Aurora for mis-repesenting loan modification services. I personally know 6 other homeowners, including myself, that are having a diffcult time getting anyone to help us!! What can we do? I am filing a complaint with the Office of Thirft Supervision, since Aurora AKA Lehman Brothers is a Fed Sav Bank.
