Tim, I am representing myself in a TILA suit against Citibank. 6 months after I sued they finally released the mortgage on my home. But then they circumvented TILA by filing a lis pendens. I know that you have said that attempts to enforce an invalid lien are additional violations of the TILA. I need some caselaw to back that up.
