EDITOR’S NOTE: The race is on — who is going to be the first attorney general to bring the major banks to their knees begging for amnesty instead of demanding it because they are too big to fail? Any politician with future ambitions had better not be cozy with Banks or even favor leniency. If there is a bailout, it had better be to John Q Public.
California attorney general’s office subpoenas Fannie, Freddie
Information is sought on the mortgage giants’ roles as landlords who own thousands of foreclosed properties in California. Also sought are details of their mortgage-servicing and home-repossession practices, a source says.
I found a website today that shows what they are doing with these foreclosed homes to keep their cashflows going and some of the major players are involed. http//www.firstfidelityhomes.com check out all the links, these are what I call SALE A FOOL PROGRAM where their whole goal is to feed off of the greed of others to line their own pockets. telling others that they are helping people to buy homes that may not otherwise be able to buy. When in reality they are pawning their headaches off on someone else. They know that most of these homes from the banks don’t have clear title, that’s why the banks are willing to sell them in bluk at such a low cost to get rid of them. Why didn’t they just modify the loand as the agreeded to do with the hamp money?
